3. Do you have preferred relationships with suppliers?
We are supplier independent, we never take commissions from suppliers, and we conduct our procurement on an objective and documented basis.

4. What are the minimum order quantities?
It depends on many factors including product value, type of product, tooling requirements, product dimensions (how many fit in a container), frequency of purchase etc.

5. What about product quality?
No matter what or where you manufacture, there will be risks. Our role is to minimize these risks, using our rigid systems. We thoroughly research manufacturers, and use many other safeguards throughout the procurement process to ensure you receive exactly what you expect.

We are a full service on-site importer. We manage all phases of your project from sourcing to production to door-to-door logistics. We have a specialized team that works in tandem with freight forwarders to ensure that your containers will arrive at your door when you need them.

7. What do I need to know about Chinese customs?
Customs rates, clearances, and all other logistics details are taken care of by our sourcing agents.
